Cancellation and return policy

Cancellation Policy

At KKAIYO, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever occurs earlier.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for eligible returns or replacement requests after delivery.

3. Customized, Private Label, and Bulk Orders

Orders placed for:

  • Custom formulations

  • Private label products

  • Corporate gifting

  • Bulk manufacturing

  • Contract manufacturing

cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Any advance payments made for such orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

If you have accidentally placed a duplicate order or entered incorrect order details, please contact us immediately at:

We will make reasonable efforts to modify or cancel the order before dispatch.

5. Refund Processing

Approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

6. Cancellation by KKAIYO

KKAIYO reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailable or out of stock

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer information

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Return Policy

At KKAIYO, we take great care in crafting and packaging our handmade bath and body products. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

                                     

                                      Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all soaps, skincare, bath, and personal care products are non-returnable once delivered and opened, used, or tampered with.

As these products come into direct contact with the skin, we are unable to accept returns of used products under any circumstances. Kindly read before ordering as no products are eligible for return once shipped and delivered. Thank you
